Does DTI provide ESRI software licenses?

DTI entered into an Enterprise License Agreement (ELA) with ESRI in July 2007. State organizations can purchase licenses through DTI at a discounted rate (approximately 60% discount).

How does the ESRI Enterprise License Agreement (ELA) work?

State organizations should contact the State of Delaware ESRI ELA Coordinator to purchase licenses or pay maintenance. Please view the Informational Document for detailed information pertaining to the ELA.

Does my organization still have to pay maintenance to ESRI?

No, all maintenance with ESRI is handled through DTI. Organizations must still pay yearly maintenance fees on a fiscal year basis directly to DTI at a discounted rate.

How do I get software?

Please contact the ESRI ELA Coordinator for information on acquiring software.

Can I get training for resources in my organization with my software maintenance?

DTI is working with ESRI to host a series of group classes available to any state organization covered under the ELA. Please contact the ESRI ELA Coordinator for details and registration.

How do I get technical support?

The State of Delaware has a vast community of resources with different skill sets that may be able to help you with your questions or issues. In the event that more in-depth support is needed you may contact your agency's authorized ESRI caller or the DTI ESRI ELA Coordinator
